I was once told that makeup is used to ENHANCE your beauty. In other words if a person wears makeup and it does not ENHANCE their beauty or ACCENTUATE their features then something is wrong. If you have been a victim of makeup horror it's okay, besides we all fall short in some area of beauty. Now a days there's resources all around us to find out how to apply makeup for that special event. I think that makeup artistry is pure ART and an awesome way to self express.
